Scott Roberts, the man behind The Salt Lick BBQ in Driftwood, is setting the table for something personal. Roxie’s, named after his grandmother, aims to bring back the feel of Sunday suppers at grandma’s house—where the food was hot, the stories were heartfelt, and there was always enough for one more plate.
Picture chicken-fried steak the size of a steer’s ear, juicy fried chicken, and smoked pork chops that fall apart before your fork finds them.
