A Hill Country road-food favorite is moving from parking lot to storefront. UBP Burgers, the cult-loved New Braunfels food truck known for its signature donut-shaped burger (juicy center meets caramelized outer ring), is opening a brick-and-mortar. Burgers remain the star, but expect a full comfort-food lineup including crispy chicken sandwiches, loaded fries, and shakes to match. For years, fans have chased the truck for its perfectly balanced beef, thoughtful toppings, and unapologetic devotion to meat quality.
The transition to a permanent space signals not just growth but community demand and it gives locals a reliable place to grab premium burgers without the food-truck chase.
