Privacy Policy

Hero City Posting is a business-operations tool that lets an authorized Facebook Page administrator connect Pages they manage, prepare content, and publish content only when the operator chooses to do so.
Information Hero City Posting may process
When an operator chooses to connect a Meta account, Hero City Posting may process the account and Page information Meta provides for that connection, such as Page names, Page identifiers, access permissions, access tokens, and approved publishing content. It may also process records the operator enters into Hero City, including business context and post drafts.
How information is used
Information is used only to:
- show the Pages an authorized person has chosen to connect;
- prepare account-specific post previews and approvals;
- publish a post only after the operator takes the relevant publishing action; and
- record the outcome of that action for the operator.
Storage and sharing
Hero City Posting is operated from the Hero City installation chosen by its operator. Connection information is stored only for that operator's Hero City environment and is protected using the platform's available local credential protection. Hero City Posting does not sell personal information. It sends information to Meta only when required to connect an account, retrieve the Pages the operator authorized, or carry out an operator-approved publishing action.
Disconnecting and deleting connection data
An operator may remove a connected Meta account from Hero City. They may also remove Hero City Posting from Facebook or Meta account settings. Removing the connection prevents future use of its stored Meta authorization. For deletion instructions, see the Hero City Posting Data Deletion Instructions.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when Hero City Posting changes how it handles connected-account information. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when a material change is made.
