Data Deletion Instructions
Removing Hero City Posting from Meta stops future access through that connection. Follow the steps below to remove the connection and request deletion of its locally stored connection data.
Remove the connection
- In Hero City, open System Tools → Meta Social Accounts and remove the connected Meta account, if Hero City is available to you.
- In Facebook or Meta account settings, remove Hero City Posting from the connected apps or business integrations list.
- Tell the business or operator that invited you to use Hero City Posting that you want its locally stored connection data removed. Include the Page name and the Facebook account used for the connection.
What is removed
The operator should remove the stored Meta authorization and connected-account record for the relevant Hero City environment. Removing the authorization prevents Hero City Posting from requesting new Page information or publishing through that connection.
