Meet Me Outside was previewed as the relaxed, open-air sister concept to 12 Herff Steakhouse at 12 Herff Road in Boerne. Chef Jacob Williamson’s plans emphasized brunch, cocktails, casual fare, and dining under the oaks. The magazine anticipated an opening in late summer to fall 2025.
