Chef Jacob Williamson’s plans for 12 Herff Road in Boerne included 12 Herff Steakhouse, offering upscale, chef-crafted steak dinners with Hill Country character. The magazine preview described elegant interiors, a rustic-chic atmosphere, and dry-aged ribeye, with an anticipated opening in late summer to fall 2025. Its sister concept, Meet Me Outside, was planned as a more relaxed, open-air setting.
