A short drive west of Bandera brings you to Lost Maples State Natural Area, a haven for those enchanted by fall foliage. The trails come alive in autumn with vibrant reds and oranges, courtesy of the park’s famous maple trees. The East Trail and West Trail, with their limestone cliffs and scenic overlooks, promise a peaceful retreat into nature.
